Jam Jar Pisco

What you’ll need:

  • 45mL Tiny Friday Gordito Pisco

  • 30ml fresh lemon/lime juice

  • 15ml sugar syrup

  • 1 - 2 tsp chillie jam

  • Wonderfoam or egg white

  • Ice

How it's made:

  • Measure all ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice

  • Shake hard to emulsify

  • Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again

  • Adjust to taste

  • Strain over ice & enjoy!
