Pineapple Jalapeno Express
What you’ll need:
45mL Tiny Friday Gordito Pisco
30ml fresh lemon/lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
30ml pineapple juice
3 slices of jalapeño chilli
Wonderfoam or egg white
Ice
How it's made:
Measure all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Muddle, smash, mix
Shake hard!
Add ice to the shaker and shake again
Adjust to taste
Pour into glass over ice & enjoy!
