Pineapple Jalapeno Express

What you’ll need:

  • 45mL Tiny Friday Gordito Pisco

  • 30ml fresh lemon/lime juice

  • 15ml sugar syrup

  • 30ml pineapple juice

  • 3 slices of jalapeño chilli

  • Wonderfoam or egg white

  • Ice

How it's made:

  • Measure all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Muddle, smash, mix

  • Shake hard!

  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again

  • Adjust to taste

  • Pour into glass over ice & enjoy!
