Ginger Pisco Sour
What you’ll need:
30mL Tiny Friday Gordito Pisco
45ml fresh lemon/lime juice
45ml sugar syrup
4cm fresh ginger
Wonderfoam or egg white
Ice
How it's made:
Add ice and peeled ginger to a blender
Measure Tiny Friday Gordito Pisco, lemon/lime juice, sugar syrup and add to blender. Mix well
Stop and taste, adjust if you want
Add the egg white or Wonderfoam if using and mix again
Place a sieve over a cocktail glass with ice and strain the ginger out of the mix. The sour should be nice and foamy!
Garnish with a couple of thin slices of lime, fresh chillies or top up with soda water for a spritzy version
Sit back and enjoy!
