Ginger Pisco Sour

What you’ll need:

  • 30mL Tiny Friday Gordito Pisco

  • 45ml fresh lemon/lime juice

  • 45ml sugar syrup

  • 4cm fresh ginger

  • Wonderfoam or egg white

  • Ice

How it's made:

  • Add ice and peeled ginger to a blender

  • Measure Tiny Friday Gordito Pisco, lemon/lime juice, sugar syrup and add to blender. Mix well

  • Stop and taste, adjust if you want

  • Add the egg white or Wonderfoam if using and mix again

  • Place a sieve over a cocktail glass with ice and strain the ginger out of the mix. The sour should be nice and foamy!

  • Garnish with a couple of thin slices of lime, fresh chillies or top up with soda water for a spritzy version

    Sit back and enjoy!
