Spicy Pisco Sour
What you’ll need:
30mL Tiny Friday Gordito Pisco
45ml fresh lemon/lime juice
Sugar
1 fresh chillie
Wonderfoam or egg white
Ice
Bitters
How it's made:
Make spicy sugar syrup by combining 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water and a few slices of fresh chillies in a pot. Cook stirring over medium heat until dissolved. Cool down before using
Add 45ml of the spicy sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker, along with the Tiny Friday Gordito Pisco, lemon/lime juice, ice and a few drops of Wonderfoam.
Shake hard!
Adjust to taste
Pour over ice & add a couple of drops of bitters. Sit back and enjoy!
